We service all of Metro Atlanta, Fulton, Cobb, Dekalb and Gwinnett are on our standard fee schedule. Other counties are priced on an as needed basis.  Your documents can be picked up from your office, emailed or sent through standard US Mail. We pick up legal documents from your office, process the court filing, and serve the document to meet your needs. Our process servers deliver court summons to parties who are being sued or need to appear in court.  We will even “walk through” your rush court filings when requested.

Please remember it is your responsibility to provide a valid address.

  If we serve an address that is not valid or is out of date, you will still be charged.  We recommend that if you have any additional addresses e.g. work, home other known whereabouts that you provide them at the time of service. If you do not provide this information until after the invalid address is served, you will be charged as if were a brand new request.
